R & B Bridal provide dresses made to the measurements which the customer provides. R and B Bridal can not guarantee a perfect fit. R & B Bridal Ltdare not responsible for taking the measurements hence it is the customers responsibility to provide the correct measurements. We strongly advise customers to have measurements taken by a trained professional seamstress. Customers embarking on a weight loss or weight gain programme (ie. calorie controlled diet) are advised that no liability will be accepted for any changes in the customers personal measurements. Any alteration required as a result of the customer providing the wrong measurements at the time of ordering must be met at the customers expense. R & B Bridal Ltd guarantees that dresses will be made to the measurements provided by the customer. R & B Bridal Ltd Check all dresses to ensure they are free from manufacturing defects or damage prior to despatch. Made to measure dresses are manufactured to the individual customers measurments and therfore returns due to incorrect sizing instructions, provided by the customer can not be accepted. Dresses must be inspected by the customer upon receipt. Any problems must be reported by email within 5 working days. R & B Bridal Ltd reserve the right to change, add or remove product listings and prices at any time without prior notice.
